**Returns**

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rewa.jewelry to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

**Refunds**

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

The approval process can take 3-5 weeks as we will need to confirm with the lab that it is the same stone. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3 to 5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please be advised import taxes, VAT and other local charges will not be refunded.

**Shipping**

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

**Exceptions**

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

– Custom-made or personalised items.

– Items that have been damaged or altered by the customer.

**International Returns**

For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returning items to us. Please ensure proper documentation and follow any specific return instructions provided by our customer service team.
